Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience on political and issue campaigns and a proven track record of organizational and fund development. Jennifer currently serves as the Executive Director of the PA Alliance Foundation and previously served as the Executive Director of Pittsburgh United and its affiliated organizations PA United and PA United PAC. Jennifer brings to this work a deep commitment to building sustainable, multi-racial, multi-generational movement and institutional change that places people over profits and builds power to create equitable communities and government that benefit all of us.

Valeria is a dedicated advocate for residential utility consumers and spent her career working with low income utility consumers. Since her retirement, she has continued to serve on multiple Boards for nonprofit organizations that provide housing and utility assistance to low income families.

Phyllis worked in the Pennsylvania legal services system for more than 40 years, first as accountant then controller of the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network and later as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Administration for Regional Housing Legal Services. She retired from RHLS in 2025.

Harry has decades of experience representing and advocating for the interests of individuals and organizations serving low-income households. He began his career as a staff attorney at the New York Legal Aid Society, and later served as Director of Legal Services, Inc. – before moving on to serve as the long-time Director of the the Pennsylvania Utility Law Project. While at PULP, Harry chaired the Department of Human Services’ LIHEAP Advisory Committee, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission’s Consumer Advisory Committee and the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network's Utility Law Group.

Sonny served as the Consumer Advocate of Pennsylvania from 1990 to 2012, after serving as an Assistant Consumer Advocate from 1979 to 1990. He also served as the President of the National Association of State Utility Consumer Advocates, the Vice Chair of the United States Department of Energy Electricity Advisory Committee, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the North American Electric Reliability Council. He currently serves as the Chair of the Philadelphia Water, Sewer and Storm Water Rate Board, the Chair of the PAPUC Consumer Advisory Council, and on the Board of the Energy Coordinating Agency, the Sustainable Energy Fund, and New Energy Economics.

Dina is Executive Director of RHLS, a nonprofit organization focused on affordable housing and equitable community development. Prior to this role she served for almost 10 years as Deputy Director and Senior Attorney for Multifamily Housing Development. Prior to her time at RHLS she was Of Counsel at a small local firm and a large national law firm. Ms. Schlossberg has more than 35 years of experience in the area of affordable housing, real estate, and lending law concentrating primarily on affordable housing and community development initiatives utilizing federal, state and local financing sources, especially the federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit.

Kyle is General Counsel for MRK Partners, Inc., a national affordable housing developer based in Los Angeles. He has worked as in affordable housing for most of his legal career, previously serving as general counsel of a Pennsylvania nonprofit developer. He lives in Pittsburgh and is a passionate advocate for affordable, stable housing for his neighbors around the Commonwealth.

Marsha is a client advocate first. She serves on multiple Boards and is involved with several advisory committees convened by the Department of Human Services. She has been an advocate with Philadelphia Welfare Rights for over 30 years, and has dedicated her life to the business of serving the low-income community.
