On Wednesday, June 24th, Elizabeth Marx, Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Utility Law Project (PULP), was invited to join Lieutenant Governor Austin Davis’s roundtable discussion on rising energy costs in Pennsylvania. Marx was joined by Mark Szybist, the Shapiro-Davis Administration’s special counsel for energy affordability, and Robert Routh, the Natural Resources Defense Council’s Pennsylvania Policy Director for Climate & Energy.
